1. 重要疾病的標志物高通量篩選和體外診斷方法

2. 基于暴露組學與系統生物學(表觀組、代謝組、蛋白組),整合環境分析化學、毒理與環境流行病學的方法和技術,研究環境暴露的暴露途徑及其潛在的健康風險和分子機理。

3. 複雜樣品(食品、生物樣品、環境樣品)中有害物質的高通量分析技術

截止到目前,主持國家自然科學基金2项,廈門大學校长基金1項以及省市級項目10項和企業橫向項目6項,作爲骨幹成員承擔了科技部國家重點研發計劃。在Environ Sci TechnolEnviron IntJ Proteome Res等環境/健康主流期刊發表論文70余篇,總被引頻次1000余次,其中2篇論文被美國化學會Chemical & Engineering NewsWILEY SpectroscopyNow作爲研究亮點進行專題報導。2018年入選廈門市雙百人才,擔任多個國際學術期刊的審稿人。
