研究領域(Research Area)

針對人類病毒性傳染病的病原體開展分子病毒學與免疫學研究,主要涉及流感病毒、腸道病毒和Epstein-Barr病毒等病原體。重點研究病原體靶標蛋白的抗原性變異規律、表位特征及生物學功能等,爲研制病原體的診斷試劑、治療性抗體藥物和疫苗提供支持,在廣譜免疫策略和廣譜治療性抗體篩選方面有獨到經驗。

Our group is dedicated to study the molecular virologyand immunology of human pathogens. Our primary studying subjects are influenzavirus, enterovirus, and Epstein-Barr virus and our aims are toreveal the changing antigenicity of target viral proteins; their key epitopesand their biological functions. Our final goals are to develop diagnostic kit,therapeutic antibody, and vaccine against specific viruses.  We have maintained a leading position inexploring strategies to elicit broad reactive antibodies.
